10-20-11: Courtesy of WIVB. Thursday morning’s debate was held at St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute, before a mainly student audience, but the candidates didn’t hold back for the younger crowd. Thursday’s second and final debate hosted by St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute didn’t touch on many new issues, however it did seem more heated between County Executive Chris Collins and Challenger Mark Poloncarz. The two agreed that they disagree on just about every issue. Poloncarz said that since Collins took office there are 14000 fewer jobs in the county and the population is shrinking.
