12-3-12: Following this morning’s meeting of the Finance and Management/Budget Committee at the Erie County Legislature, Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz addressed the media to discuss his concerns with amendments to the 2013 Budget proposed by Legislators Mills, Dixon, Hardwick, Lorigo, Loughran, and Rath. Poloncarz has cautioned that the proposed cuts are unrealistic, irresponsible, and will cause the 2013 Budget to be out of balance, possibly leading the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority (“ECFSA”) to impose a control period on Erie County.
