County Executive Mark Poloncarz says the terms are withheld until they’re shared with the rank and file of the CSEA, which has more than 3500 workers. They’ve been working without a contract since the start of 2007. Poloncarz says he and the union feel the agreement “responsibly addresses budgetary constraints and the current economic climate facing Erie County.” www.wivb.com
