11-8-11: Courtesy of YNN. In the race for Erie County Executive, Democratic candidate Mark Poloncarz pulled off a big win against Republican incument Chris Collins. Poloncarz claimed victory with more than 10000 votes seperating the two candidates. Chris Collins, for his part, vowed he won’t be leaving Erie County any time soon.
