Cites Comptroller’s Accomplishments, Pledges Cooperation
ERIE COUNTY, NY – U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) today announced her endorsement of Mark Poloncarz for Erie County Executive. Senator Gillibrand noted Poloncarz’s record of rooting out waste, fraud and abuse as Comptroller and mentioned future cooperation between their offices.
“I am proud to enthusiastically endorse Mark Poloncarz for Erie County Executive,” said Gillibrand. “Mark is committed to getting the residents of Erie County back to work and has a proven record of open government and a dedication to ending government waste.”
The endorsement added even more support to the burgeoning Poloncarz campaign, which has been gaining momentum as Election Day approaches.
