AMHERST, NY – Congressman Brian Higgins and Congresswoman Kathy Hochul threw their support behind Mark Poloncarz for Erie County Executive today. Both cited Mark’s record as County Comptroller as valuable experience for higher office.
“Mark understands the challenges hardworking Western New Yorkers face and has the compassion and vision to work hard on their behalf and get things done in Erie County,” Higgins said. “This community is poised for exciting growth and Mark’s energy and leadership can help get us there. That’s why I’m proud to endorse him today.”

Poloncarz praised the work of Higgins and Hochul in Congress.
