5-17-11: Mark Poloncarz accepts the unanimous endorsement of the Erie County Democratic Committee for his county executive’s bid at an event held outside the committee headquarters in the Ellicott Square Building. Poloncarz announced his candidacy for Erie County Executive on May 7, 2010 in his hometown of Lackawanna in front of hundreds of supporters before taking to the road for a day-long tour of the county, speaking with residents about the issues unique to their individual communities.
