Erie County Comptroller Mark C. Poloncarz on Thursday criticized the Collins administration for failing to submit monthly budget-monitoring reports since August.
Poloncarz, who is running against Chris Collins for county executive, said he had no way to verify a$16.7 million projected year-end surplus included in Collins’ four-year plan without the monthly budget reports.
